[Journal review]Paired-cell sequencing enables spatial gene expression mapping of liver endothelial cells 저널 리뷰/ 발표자료

nature biotechnology에 실린 pair-cell sequencing을 이용한 liver endothelial heterogeneity 를 연구한 내용이다. single-cell RNA seq은 cell subtype 연구에 필수불가결한 아주 강력한 데이터이다. 하지만 cell 의 위치정보는 잃어버린다는 단점이 있다. 이 단점을 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 paried-cell 을 sequencing하는 방법을 제시하고 있고 biology 적인 내용보다 실험테크닉에 의미를 두고 있고 그래서 biotechnology에 실린 것 같다.   일반적인 scRNAseq flow이다. barcode 1개에 cell 1개를 붙여 droplet을 만들고 (한 방울) sequencing 한다. 이 논문에서는 이..
